D & S has a comprehensive range of weld procedures in both Stainless and Carbon with many welders qualified to them. This gives us the capability to service large or small projects requiring qualified welders, in house. D & S has the capability to weld both pipe and plate to code for most industrial settings providing our clients with the skillsets required to operate effectively, safely but also legally. These services include but are not limited to the welding of hygienic tube, steam, superheated steam, ammonia, gas, water and air. Additionally D & S is covered to weld/repair pressure vessels such as boilers, liquid ammonia storage tanks and deaerators. We provide a full QA/QC package that would include the documentation of weld maps, welder quals, weld inspections, material certs and so forth for any project that requires it. This provides our clients with a full paper trail of the specialist work taken out to the following codes our procedures cover us too.
